sesame beef strips
1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Heat a large saucepan over medium high. Sear beef and cook
3. Add vegetable mix toss and cook for 1 minute. Add 2 Tbsp
water, cover pan and steam for 3 minutes or until vegetables
are tender and beef is cooked to your liking.
4. Serve about 100 g cooked rice per serving and split the beef-vegetable
mixture between two plates.
Serving size: 5 oz rice, 2.5 oz beef, and 3.5 oz vegetables.
