WW FRESH Sesame Ginger Beef

Ingredients provided in your WW Fresh Recipes Meal Kit 

300 G (about ⅔ of package) brown and black rice
1 PACKAGE sesame beef strips
1 PACKAGE julienne stir-fry vegetables

 


 

Directions

 

1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Heat a large saucepan over medium high. Sear beef and cook 2-3 minutes.
3. Add vegetable mix toss and cook for 1 minute. Add 2 Tbsp water, cover pan and steam for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked to your liking.
4. Serve about 100 g cooked rice per serving and split the beef-vegetable mixture between two plates.
