1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to
package instructions. Drain.
2. Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add
1 tsp oil. Add pork to the pan and cook pork until browned,
breaking up the meat with a spoon to ensure even cooking;
about 5-6 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add sauce and 1 Tbsp of water to pork. Reduce heat to low
and let simmer for 5 minutes.
4. While simmering – prepare salad by tossing half the amount
of the package with 1 Tbsp of dressing.
4. Add pasta to meat sauce and toss gently to coat. Season with
salt and pepper (and any fresh herbs). Divide the pasta into
