WW Fresh Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Tomato-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients Provided in your WW Fresh Meal Kit

4 prepared chicken and vegetable kabobs
1/2 PINT red grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 CUP cucumber, diced
1 lemon, zested
1/4 CUP onion, thinly sliced
4 TBSP (APPROX. 1/2 PKG) feta cheese, crumbled

 

From Your Pantry

1 TSP each, salt and pepper
1 1/2 TSP olive oil

 

Directions

1. PREHEAT grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. PLACE skewers on grill and cook approximately 5 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
3. TOSS tomatoes, cucumber, onion, salt, pepper, feta, lemon zest and olive oil in large bowl.
