To bring you the best experience, and in the aim of serving as many members of our community as possible, we've made some changes to Pick-Up. Orders reserved for pick-up at the locations below are now shopped with care from our Longo's store rather than our Grocery Gateway Fufillment Centre. Things may look a little different, here's what to expect at pick-up:
- Park your vehicle.
- Approach the Team Member at the Longo’s entrance and inform them you are there to collect your pick-up order. Our Team Member will prep your order while you wait in line to enter the store.
- Visit the in-store location specified for order collection at your pick-up location below to collect and pay for your order.
- If you need help loading your groceries into your car, please ask and we will do our best to arrange assistance.
- If you receive a substitute for an item within your order, you will be charged the price of the substituted product. All substitutions will be reviewed with you prior to payment.
- If you think you may be late to pick up an order, or, have any questions or concerns regarding an order, please call the contact number associated with your pick-up location. Please refer to the location information below for pick-up location contact numbers.
