The Loft Cooking School at Longo’s is the ideal place for food enthusiasts of all ages to explore their inner chef, have fun, and enjoy great food. We are happy to announce the introduction of Virtual Classes, live over Zoom, as part of the Loft Cooking School program. You will be guided by a trained chef who will answer any of your questions while you cook from your own kitchen!

Cara Keating is the President of PepsiCo Foods Canada, leading the Canadian businesses of Frito-Lay North America and Quaker Foods North America.

A 15-year PepsiCo veteran, Cara began her PepsiCo career in the Western Canada market before moving to Toronto in 2010. In 2016 Cara was promoted to Vice President – Customer Development at PepsiCo Foods Canada, where she led the national sales team to deliver against our promise of providing world-class service to our customers and innovative programs to our consumers. Cara is a talented people leader and a passionate supporter of PepsiCo’s diversity and engagement agenda. With your assistance, join Loft Coordinator Christie as she experiments with yeast and teaches your little one about baking soda and baking powder. In this class, we will be making Bubble Up Pizza Bake, Bread in a Bag and Baked Chocolate Donut Holes. Who knew learning could be so tasty? NOTE: Our Virtual Classes for kids involve cooking with kitchen equipment and tools. Supervision and assistance will be required to prevent injuries.

We will be making Sweet-Tart Salad, Sticky Lemon Lime Chicken Wings and Cheery Clementine Chocolate Chip Muffins.
