Ingredients provided in your WW Fresh Recipes Meal Kit 

8 OZ rigatoni pasta
4 sweet Italian sausages, casings removed
3 CLOVES garlic, sliced
1 shallot, sliced
1 TSP lemon juice
1/2 BUNCH rapini, trimmed, washed, stems removed
1/4 CUP chicken broth
1/4 CUP Parmesan cheese, grated

 

From your pantry

1 TSP vegetable oil
1/4 TSP red pepper flakes
PINCH each, salt and pepper

 


 

Directions

 

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. In a large non-stick pan heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil over medium heat.
3. Add sausage and sear evenly for 3-4 minutes, making sure to crumble the meat. Add garlic, shallots, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook another 2-3 minutes and then drain fat from the pan.
4. Add the rigatoni and parmesan to pan and toss to coat. Divide evenly into four bowls and serve.
