Halal Chicken Shawarma Plate

HALAL CHICKEN SHAWARMA PLATE

PREP: 10 min | COOK: 5 min | SERVES: 2


INGREDIENTS
450 grams Mina Halal Chicken Shawarma
2 Pita breads
1 cup prepared hummus
2 cups prepared tomato, cucumber, onion salad
Pickled vegetables
FATOUSH SALAD
1 cup of tomato, diced
¾ cup cucumber, diced
¼ cup red onion, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
Finely minced mint, to taste
Finely minced parsley, to taste
Salt
Pepper

To prepare the Fatoush salad, combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss to combine. Allow to sit a few minutes before serving.

Arrange shawarma plate by preparing Mina Halal chicken and sauce per package directions.

Arrange chicken between 2 plates.

Divide pita, fatoush salad, hummus, tomato salad and pickled vegetable.

Drizzle chicken with garlic sauce. Serve immediately.
