McCain Potato Patties

Ingredients:POTATOES, VEGETABLE OIL (CANOLA AND/OR SOYBEAN AND/OR COTTONSEED), SALT, SODIUM PHOSPHATE (TO RETAIN NATURAL COLOUR), DEXTROSE, NATURAL FLAVOUR.
Instructions:Oven:preheat oven to 230' c. Spread frozen patties on a single layer on shallow baking sheet. Cook patties 10 minutes, turn and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes more. Spread patties on absorbent paper if desired. Season to taste and serve immediately. Pan fry: heat fry pan on medium (oil may not be necessary). Place frozen patties on heated pan. Cook 8-10 minutes on medium or until desired crispness, turn frequently to prevent burning. Spread patties on absorbent paper if desired. Season to taste and serve immediatley. Deep fry: preheat fryer to 180c. Fry patties 2-3 minutes, making sure do not stick on top of each other. Shake basket to remove excess oil. Spread on absorbent paper if desired. Season to taste serve immediatley. Microwave: preheat on approved microwave browning tray for 5 minutes on ''high''. Place 3 frozen patties in a single layer on tray and heat on ''medium-high'' for 2 minutes, turn and heat 1 1/2 minutes. Season to taste serve immediatley. Keep frozen. May contain dextrose and/or corn starch.
