Ingredients:Pork, water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphate, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke.
Instructions:Pan Fry: place bacon slices in a cold frying pan and cook over medium heat until beacon reaches desired degree of crispness. Turn frequently. Drain on paper towel. Microwave: Place slice(s) on a microwave safe plate lined with double layer of paper towel. Cover with single layer of paper towel to prevent splatters. Microwave on high until desired degree of crispness is attained. Cooking times may vary according to oven wattage. Cooking times as follows: 1 slice 45 to 60 seconds, 2 slices 1 to 1 Â¿ minutes, 4 slices 2 minutes, rearrange inner and outer slices, microwave an additional 45 to 60 seconds, 6 slices 2 Â¿ minutes, rearrange inner and outer slices, microwave an additional 2 to 2 Â¿ minutes.
