Pasta: Durum semolina, enriched white flour, water, liquid whole eggs. Filling: Pork, beef, toasted wheat crumbs (wheat flour, durum flour, baking powder), spinach, soy protein, imported reggiano parmesan cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet, microbial enzyme) and/or romano cheese, (sheeps milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet, calcium chloride lipase), salt and spices.
Remove from bag and place frozen longo?s ravioli in boiling salted water approx. 2L water for every lb of ravioli, stirring occasionally. Boil for 8 to 10 minutes or to desired firmness. Strain and serve with your favorite longo?s sauce.
