COOKED FRESH PASTA: DURUM SEMOLINA, WATER, LIQUID WHOLE EGGS. CHEESE FILLING: (RICOTTA, PARTLY SKIMMED MOZZARELLA, HAVARTI, ASIAGO, PARMESAN CHEESE, MILK, CREAM BUTTER, MODIFIED CORNSTARCH, FLOUR, SPICES). PARTLY SKIMMED MOZZARELLA CHEESE: (MILK INGREDIENTS, BACTERIAL CULTURE, SALT, MICROBIAL ENZYME, AND/OR RENNET, CALCIUM CHLORIDE, CELLULOSE, NATAMYCIN).
Instructions:
Conventional oven: preheat oven to 425f (215c). Remove over wrap, sleeve and lid. Tent aluminum lid over lasagna tray. Place tray on middle rack of oven. Let cook for 65 to 70 minutes. If product is completely frozen, let cook for 115 to 120 minutes. Remove cover for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Convection oven: preheat oven to 325f (170c). Remove over wrap, sleeve and lid. Tent aluminum lid over lasagna tray. Place tray on middle rack of oven. Let cook for 55 to 60 minutes. If product is completely frozen, let cook for 80 to 85 minutes. Remove cover for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Note: oven temperatures and cooking times may vary depending on the type of oven used. Times indicated are guidelines only.
