Longo's Frozen Cheese & Spinach Cannelloni

Ingredients:PASTA: durum semolina, liquid whole eggs, water. FILLING: ricotta cheese, partly skimmed mozzarella cheese, (partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet), parmesan cheese, spinach. SAUCE: imported peeled tomatoes, water, onions, tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, celery, carrots, modified corn starch, salt, garlic, sugar, bechamel sauce (milk, 35% cream, butter, flour, salt, spices, fresh parsley), herbs and spices.
Instructions:COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: COOK FROM FROZEN. DO NOT THAW. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 375*F (190*C). Puncture top of cellophane with a fork 5 to 6 times. Place product tray on a cookie sheet and place on the middle rack of oven. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove cover and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 3 to 4 minutes before serving. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TOASTER OVENS. MICROWAVE OVEN: Puncture top of cellophane with a fork 5 to 6 times. Cook cannelloni for 10 to 12 minutes on high power. Turn tray and cook for another 10 to 12 minutes. Remove cover and let stand for 3 to 4 minutes before serving. NOTE: Oven temperatures and cooking times may vary depending on the type of oven used. Times indicated are guidelines only.
