Instructions:COOKING DIRECTIONS (for 4 servings) STOVE-TOP METHOD 1. Rinse rice well in water before cooking. 2. Bring 500 ml (2 cups) of water to a vigorous boil in a saucepan with a tight fitting lid. 3. Add 250 ml (1 cups) of Dainty Jasmine Rice. Optional: 5-ml (1 tsp.) salt. Cover Saucepan. 4. Cook over very low heat for 15 minutes without removing lid. Remove saucepan from heat and allow to stand, covered for 3 to 5 minutes. Fluff lightly and serve. MICROWAVE METHOD 1. Place 500 ml (2 cups) of water in a non-metallic, 2-L (8 cups) bowl. Optional: 5-ml (1 tsp.) salt. 2. Bring water to a boil and add 250 ml (1 cup) of Dainty Jasmine Rice. 3. Cover and cook 20 minutes on MED-LOW, stirring once mid way through cooking. 4. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir and serve.
