Ingredients:Rice Pasta (Rice Flour), Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Bacterial Culture, Salt, Non-Animal Microbial Enzymes), Whey, Skim Milk, Butter, Salt, Whole Milk, Bacterial Culture, Sodium Phosphate, Annatto Extract For Colour. Contains Milk.
Instructions:Boil 6 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Stir in macaroni, bring to a boil again. Cook at medium boil for 10-12 minutes or until done. Drain macaroni in a colander. Add 1/4 cup low fat milk (1/2 cup low fat yogurt) and cheese sauce mix to the warm saucepan and mix well with a whisk. For a thicker and cheesier sauce, add less milk. Pour macaroni over sauce, mix well and serve. Traditional way: for richer flavor, add tablespoons of butter. One serving provides a good source of calcium.
