Ingredients:Filling: Pork, Red Bell Pepper, Water, Corn, Sour Cream Product (Cream, Milk, Modified Milk Ingredients, Modified Corn Starch, Guar Gum, Carrageenan, Carob Bean Gum, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Phosphate, Bacterial Culture), Crushed Tomato, Onions, Mozzarella Cheese, Black Bean, Modified Corn Starch, Corn Starch, Canola Oil, Salt, Sugar, Cumin, Garlic, Oregano, Smoke Flavour (Maltodextrin, Smoke Flavour, Silicon Dioxide), Black Pepper, Citric Acid, Chili Pepper. Wrap: Flour, Water, Semolina, Rice Flour, Oil, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder.
Instructions:Conventional oven (recommended): Preheat oven to 400Â°F (205Â°C). Remove chorizo empanadas from package. Place chorizo empanadas evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake on middle oven rack for 14 - 15 minutes, turning half way through cooking time, until internal temperature of 165Â°F (74Â°C) and desired crispness is reached. Microwave oven: place 5 chorizo empanadas on microwave-safe plate, evenly spaced. Cover with paper towel and microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, until internal temperature of 165Â°F (74Â°C) is reached. CAUTION: Empanadas will be hot, use caution when removing from the oven and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
