Pancit Miki Noodles

Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Corn Starch, Potassium Carbonate, Food Color (Yellow5). Canola, Oil Used Too Prevent Cooked Noodles From, Sticking Together.
Instructions:If noodles are frozen, thaw first before using. Remove noodles from package and immerse noodles into a pot of warm water for about 1 to 2 minutes. Loosen noodles apart and pour into strainer to strain water. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp. Of cooking oil and stir-fry desired meats and vegetables for about 1 minute. Add noodles, Â¿ cup of water or broth, cover skillet and allow it to cook for about 2 minutes. Remove cover, add 3-4 tbsp. Of stir-fry sauce, mix together and serve. Noodles can also be tossed with your favorite salad dressing and vegetables to make a salad.
