Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165F is reached. OVEN: Preheat oven to 400F. Place burgers in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through. STOVE TOP: Preheat lightly oiled nonstick fry pan on medium heat. Add burgers and fry covered for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
