Instructions:
Conventional/Toaster Oven [recommended]: Preheat oven to 425F. Bake frozen fish-free filets on a non-stick baking sheet for 10-12 mins (oven) or 12-14 mins (toaster oven) per side until golden brown, crisp and hot throughout (oven temperatures may vary). Short on time? First microwave (1000w). Place 2 frozen fish-free filets on microwave-safe plate and microwave for 1 min on high. Then pan-fry in a non-stick fry pan (no oil) over medium heat for 4-41/2 mins each side until golden brown, crispy and hot throughout. Deep fryer: Preheat oil to 350F. Fry frozen fish-free filets for 31/2 mins until golden, crisp and hot throughout.
