Chocolate chunk cookies.
Ingredients:
Enriched wheat flour, sugar, semi sweet chocolate chunks (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural and artificial flavour, salt, milk ingredient), soybean & cottonseed oil shortening, (contains citric acid), water, hydrogenated soybean oil, blackstrap molasses, dried whole eggs (contain sodium silicoaluminate), salt, baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, natural and artificial flavour. Contains wheat, egg, soy and milk ingredients.
Instructions:
To make 18 cookies: Heat oven to 350F (180C). Spoon and drop dough by rounded spoonfuls 2 inches (5cm) apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheet with lifter. To make 24 slightly smaller cookies, bake at 350F (180C) for 8 to 12 minutes.
