Ingredients:ICHED FLOUR, VEGETABLE OIL SHORTENING (SOYBEAN OIL AND/OR COTTONSEED OIL), SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, SALT, SODIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE.
Instructions:Rolled biscuits: heat oven to 230c. Mix ingredients until dough forms, beat 30sec. If dough is sticky, gradually mix in enough baking mix [up to 1/4 cup] to make dough easy to handle. Turn onto surface well dusted with baking mix, gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball, knead 10 times. Roll 1cm thick. Cut with 5cm cutter dipped in baking mix. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown 8 to 10 min. Makes 10 to 12 biscuits. Pizza: heat oven to 230c. Grease 12 inch pizza pan. Mix 1 1/2 cups bisquick baking mix and 1/3 cup hot water: beat vigorously. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix. Knead until smooth and no longer sticky. With hands dusted with baking mix, press dough into 13 inch circle on baking sheet: pinch edge forming 1/2 inch rim. Top pizza. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
