Instructions:Microwave: 1.Empty packet into a deep microwave-safe bowl. 2.Add up to 150 mL (2/3 cup) of water. Stir. Oatmeal must be prepared with water. 3.Adjust microwave setting to 50% power. 4.Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes to 3 minutes. CAUTION: BOWL WILL BE HOT. 5.Stir well and wait 2 to 3 minutes for oatmeal to thicken before serving. **To avoid boil over, refrain from adding milk until AFTER cooking. Stovetop: 1.Boil up to 250mL (1 cup) of water in a small saucepan. 2.Stir in contents of pouch and reduce heat to medium. 3.Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes. 4.Remove oatmeal from saucepan, allowing 2 to 3 minutes to cool and thicken.
