Canada Grade Beef Guide
At Grocery Gateway and Longo’s we are proud to offer only Canada Prime and AAA Grade beef. All beef with an A-level grading has:
Firm, bright-red muscle
2mm of fat (or more) that is firm and white/amber in colour
The true distinctions in the A-Grades lie in the amount of marbling:
